Founder's Bio
Born in Lima, Peru, and raised in New Jersey, I embarked on a journey that has shaped my character and aspirations. Upon graduating from high school, I made a pivotal decision to join the navy at the age of 19, dedicating nearly a decade of my life in service to my country.
Following my discharge, I transitioned into civilian life, initially finding myself in various small jobs. However, it soon became evident to me that I was destined for a more meaningful path. This realization led me to establish my first staffing company, LSZ Staffing. Despite encountering challenges that led to its closure within the initial 6 months, I remained undeterred in my pursuit of success.
Returning to the workforce, I embraced each opportunity as a learning experience, determined to refine my skills and knowledge. Four years later, fueled by an unwavering commitment to my vision, I founded All American Staffing. This venture marked a significant evolution from my previous endeavors, driven not only by personal ambition but also by a profound desire to create opportunities for my family and to serve as a beacon of support for fellow veterans.
With All American Staffing, my mission transcends mere business objectives. I aspire to be a catalyst for positive change, guiding individuals towards a path of fulfillment and prosperity. Through our endeavors, I’am committed to honor the sacrifices of veterans and to empower individuals from all walks of life to achieve their fullest potential.
